Já lá vão alguns anos desde o dia em que a Animaris se decidiu a mudar de malas e bagagens para a ilha da Barreta em Faro. Assentamo-nos por entre a beleza natural desta que é uma das praias mais selvagens da costa do Algarve e fomos-lhe descobrindo as histórias, os animais que a habitam ou visitam, as paisagens mais bonitas, os recantos que valem a pena serem fotografados.

É com base nesse conhecimento e compromisso para com a preservação da beleza natural da ilha Deserta que, hoje, operamos a partir de lá um conjunto de pacotes turísticos e circuitos de natureza que lhe permitem, a si, conhecer a ilha como nós a vemos. Experiências únicas e personalizadas dirigidas a pequenos ou grandes grupos, em ambiente familiar ou de trabalho que queremos que partilhe connosco.

Pelo caminho construímos o Estaminé, o restaurante mais meridional de Portugal, e que goza do estatuto de ser um dos empreendimentos mais ecológicos e auto-sustentáveis da região. Por lá se encontra o melhor da cozinha algarvia com uma vista de 180º panorâmica sobre a costa. Recorrendo a segredos e receitas que foram sendo guardadas pelas memórias dos pescadores locais, o Estaminé garante-lhe uma experiência gastronómica ímpar pautada por pratos de marisco e peixe.

It's been years since the day that Animaris decided to set its base in the Barreta Island. We based our tent amongst the natural beauty of one of the wildest beaches in the Algarve coast and devoted our time to discover the stories that construct it, the animals that live it or visit it, the landscapes and the places that are worth being photographed.

It is based on that knowledge and commitment to preserving the natural beauty of the Desert Island, that we now operate a number of tour packages and nature tour that allow you to know the island like we see it. Unique and personalized experiences for small or large groups, families or work trips that we want you to share with us in Faro Algarve.

Along the way we still had the determination to build Estaminé, a restaurant known for its sustainable and ecological construction. In there you can find the best of Algarve cuisine with a panoramic 180 degree view over the coast. Keeping the old fisherman recipes alive, Estaminé guarantees you an unique dining experience of seafood and fish.
