Temos água. Muita água. Boa para o surf, para o bodyboard, para colar salitre ao corpo ou, simplesmente, para contemplar.
Também temos ruas com números que nascem impares e se estendem aos pares de Norte para Sul. Coisa quase única, que nos torna quase originais. E foi ali, mais precisamente na rua 29, que nasceu o mais recente projeto de três irreverentes amigos: a Espinho Guesthouse, numa residência centenária, de cor verde e resguardada que dispõe de várias assoalhadas para que te sintas verdadeiramente em casa.
Espinho precisava e eles puseram mãos à obra, para que no Inverno ou no Verão, possas ter um pouso em conta, confortável e à tua medida, nesta cidade que tanto tem para te dar.
Atravessando o linear da recepção, apresentam-se 3 amplos quartos partilhados com wc para todos, que serão a forma mais fácil de travares amizades e estares numa boa com todos. Se, pelo contrário, és bom a socializar, mas preferes dormir nu e com a tua cara metade, o 1° andar é o indicado para ti: a guesthouse tem 2 suites, com wc privado, a preços bem jeitosos.
No entanto, e como um império também se constrói com alguma preguiça, na cave, tens uma zona de lazer relaxada e informal ou ainda uma sala de jantar com lareira incluída, mesmo caseirinho e óptimo para o Inverno.
Porém, se a tua onda é mais o Verão, para poderes andar de calção e chinelo no pé, então o r/c oferece-te um belo terraço com barbecue onde tu, qual rei dos pipis, viras frangos como um profissional.

We have seawater. Good for surf and bodyboard, good to get the salt to stick to the body, or purely to contemplate.
We also have streets with numbers that start odd and turn into even, from north to south. Something almost unique, which makes us almost original. It was in the 29th street that the most recent project of three restless friends was born: the Espinho Guesthouse, a green and sheltered centenarian house with different floors, so you feel truly at home.
Espinho needed a project of this kind therefore the three friends hit the ground running so that in Winter as well as in Summer you can have a refuge, affordable and matching your needs, in a city that has much to offer.
Walking though the reception hall, you will find 3 ample shared bedrooms with bathroom space for common use. This floor offers the easiest way of making friendships and enjoying time with other guests. If, on the other hand, you are good at socialising but prefer to sleep naked and with your other half, the 1st floor is right one for you. The guesthouse has two suites, each with a private bathroom, with very cool prices.
However, an empire is also built with some laziness. Therefore, in the basement you will find a relaxed and informal leisure area, and a dining room with a fireplace, very homely and great for winter.
If, however, you are more into summer, so you can walk in shorts and flip flops, then the ground floor offers you a nice terrace with a barbecue where you, aka the king of swanky, can turn peri-peri chicken like a professional.
