Rosa Vermelha is a typically restored cottage in a tiny hamlet nestled on the top of a mountain in a very traditional unspoilt village, surrounded by woodlands and farmland. the drive up to the village from pedrogao Grande you will pass amazing views through the mountains.

The coast with miles of sandy beaches is 1 hours drive. Figueira da foz.well worth the trip.There is a swimming pool 10 mins away in Pedrogao Grande and also the lakes and river beaches with fresh mountain water for a lovely swimming experience Castina de pera is a large swimming resort with wave machines, restaurants and bars approximately 25 minutes from house..woodland cycling and hiking is big in this area and woodland 50 yrds from cottage.
Sobreiro is 2 hours drive from Lisbon and Porto airports.

east jet and Ryan air. A car is essential and pre-booking is easy and cost effective and good availability.
