LOVELY RIA

(PT) A Lovely Ria é uma organização dedicada ao desenvolvimento de atividades turísticas que visam preservar e promover as artes e ofícios de uma das mais singulares zonas de Portugal.
Situada no centro oeste da Península Ibérica, entre o Mar e a Serra, encontra-se uma região lagunar ímpar, detentora de condições únicas, com uma biodiversidade imensa que ao longo de mais de 45km oferece paisagens de rara beleza.
Aveiro, uma região onde se pode sentir a maresia do oceano acompanhada de um fantástico pôr-do-sol, a frescura da manhã num passeio pela serra, o colorido dos azulejos nas extraordinárias fachadas, as embarcações típicas "Moliceiros", o doce dos “Ovos Moles”, o bacalhau e o “Leitão da Bairrada”, as aves, as salinas... Este local único estende-se por uma área rodeada por mar e serras, sendo possuidor de um dos mais belos acidentes geomorfológicos, a Ria de Aveiro. Em virtude das suas características tão próprias e beleza natural inconfundível, esta zona húmida possuí várias classificações de proteção ambiental já que, ao longo do seu sistema lagunar, existem habitats únicos de fauna e flora.

Located in the midwest of the Iberian Peninsula, between sea and mountains, is an unrivaled lagoon area, which holds unique conditions, with great biodiversity that throughout 45km offers landscapes of rare beauty.
Aveiro, a region where we can feel the salty air of the ocean followed by a fantastic sunset, the freshness of the morning on a walk in the mountains, the colorful tiles in extraordinary houses, the typical boats "Moliceiros", the sweet of the “Ovos Moles”, the codfish and the “Leitão à Bairrada”, the fowls, the saltpans...This unique location extends over an area surrounded by sea and mountains is owner of one of the loveliest geomorphologic accidents, the Ria de Aveiro.
