Monte Brejo Largo

In the Natural Park of the Costa Vicentina, between Almograve and Zambujeira do Mar, the “Monte” is located near the village of Cabo Sardão Cavaleiro, known for its lighthouse which has been in operation since 1915 on the Ponta do Cavaleiro the most westerly point of the Alentejo region. Less than 1 kilometer on foot from Cavaleiro beach Monte Brejo Largo is the perfect place to relax, it’s quite surroundings and the magnificent night sky where you can clearly see the stars and constellations. If you enjoy being on the move you have various activities available nearby; trekking, on one of the better known local trails (Cavaleiro | Almograve), bicycle riding along the Alentejo trails, horseback riding, birdwatching, stargazing and a lot more. Apart from all the the above mentioned activities you also have the magnificent beaches along the whole of the Costa Vicentina; Cavaleiro, Carvalhal, Malhão, Zambujeira do Mar, Alteirinhos, Almograve, Brejo Largo to name a few.

The property is made up of a main house which has two rooms (on two floors), an annex with 3 Suites and the pool house which has 1 room. There is a large garden with a pool, outside sitting area with a large family table a barbecue area and a support kitchen.
The property can accommodate 12 people in beds and an extra 2 people in sofa bed.

Situado no Parque Natural da Costa Vicentina, entre Vila Nova de Milfontes e a Zambujeira do Mar, o Monte fica junto à Vila de Cabo Sardão Cavaleiro, conhecida pelo seu farol a funcionar desde 1915 na Ponta do Cavaleiro o ponto mais ocidental da costa alentejana. A menos de um quilómetro a pé da praia do Cavaleiro é prefeito para a prática de trekking, com uma das conhecidas trilhas (Cavaleiro | Almograve), falésias, passeios de bicicletas, passeios de cavalo, birdwatching, observação astronómica. Prefeito para relaxar, rodeado de silêncio e o magnifico céu nocturno onde nele destacam-se nitidamente as estrela e constelações. Alem da vasta actividade relacionada com a natureza tem as praias como Cavaleiro, Carvalhal, Malhão, Zambujeira do Mar, Alteirinhos, Almograve, Brejo Largo e muitas mais ao longo da Costa Vicentina.
A propriedade dispõe de uma casa principal de dois pisos com dois quartos e um anexo com três suítes, uma casa pequena com um quarto. Jardim com piscina, zona de estar no exterior com mesa e churrasco e uma copa.
