(The roof terrace is shared by the two apartments).

Nesha Golf & Beach Duplex Soltroia:

Situated in Soltróia in a new condo with swimming pool and direct access to the beach (50 meters).

Duplex with two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with Jacuzzi), living room with sofa bed (2 persons) and a plasma TV with DVD player, air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, etc.) and terrace equipped with barbecue, large dining table and loungers. Condo with private garage and also with free park.

Excellent location, just 1 km from the ferry linking Setubal to Troia and quick access to all kinds of services.

The duplex is 2 km from TROIA GOLF Championship Course, an 18-hole, par 72 course and 6.317 meters alongside the beach with a magnificent sea view. Designed by the American golf architect Trent Jones Senior, TROIA GOLF was elected one of the best golf courses in the world by Rolex in 2011. Now features in the guide “The Rolex World’s Top 1.000 Golf Courses”. Also, in 2011 the magazine Golf World qualified TROIA GOLF as the 32nd best golf course on Continental Europe.

Quiet area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a beach holiday, ideal for sports lovers with perfect conditions for kitesurfing, Jet Ski, water skiing, running and also yoga on the beach. However, the duplex is 5 km from the liveliest parts as Troia Casino, bars and restaurants where you can find the most quality of Portuguese gastronomy.
