We believe there is potential to expand creativity and availability of this amazing food by scaling it up, with fast food concept. The key ingredient for Paratha Party is to make them interesting and appealing, while keeping the "Desi" essence intact.

Our Pitch:
Paratha Party is a low-cost concept Paratha eatery, providing the traditional laden bread (paratha) with some unique flavors and creativity. With plenty of variations, Parathas are a simple food; easy to create, store, sell and eat on the go. As an "improvised Paratha" retail outlet, our concept easily fits very nicely in a modern Street Food setting.

Our Offer:
Mouth-watering, scruptous range of Parathas, served with sides of Home Made Chutnees, Pickles and Salads. Also on the menu coffee, tea and ofcourse Lassi(s). Starting service from a cabin, our food will remain low in cost, unique in taste, healthy in nutrition, fast in preparation, attractive in packaging and presentation, and inspiring in service.

Our Target Market and Our Aim:
From average Joe to C.E.O, every one gets hungry. Prioritizing meals is important and with an easy to remember concept, we aspire to be the priority for those hunger pangs.
