QREN funding news:

PORTUGALRES successful in obtaining government grant

PORTUGALRES has just signed a contract with TURISMO DE PORTUGAL, a Portuguese governmental institution that supports investment operations, which issues us a grant under the QREN framework, which consists of EU co-funding.

Earlier last year, our company answered a call for projects in the Inovation (“SI Inovação”) branch of QREN, presenting our project to create a specialized tour operator, focused uniquely on Portuguese products and services, through a digital platform targeted at both B2B and BSC markets.


PORTUGALRES’s QREN project wraps up successfully

This past March, PORTUGALRES concluded its QREN SI Inovação project, under the Portuguese QREN co-financing framework, in association with TURISMO DE PORTUGAL.

The project, approved by QREN in 2011 with a total investment of 1 million and 389 thousand euros, was given refundable co-financing of up to 734 thousand euros (with an additional 92 thousand, non-refundable). The project kicked off on January 25th, 2011 and wrapped up on March 31st, 2013.
