Paralelamente á pratica com o Arco e Flecha e antes desta, em cada sessão Iremos fazer praticas ligadas com a expressão emocional, bioenergética e meditação ativa para te levar a uma estado de relaxamento e presença reais e aí aplicar isso diretamente no tiro instintivo e porque não na tua vida também?

Parallel to the Archery practice and before that, at each session we will do emotional expression, bioenergetics and active meditation practices, which will help you getting into a state of relaxation and real presence and then apply it directly to the instinctive shot and why not in your life too?
