TO QUINTA DAS FONTAINHAS, VILA FRANCA DA SERRA
Quinta das fontainhas is a old farm house with a olive grove and underground stream and many water mines that give it the name.
Our land is set over many terraces with huge granite boulders and big old oak trees that offer a good shady spot during the hot weather that we get here in central Portugal,
We are in the countryside,set on the hill above the Mondego river, that offers great river beaches and safe swimming areas for all to enjoy in the hot summer months.
From here you also get to enjoy the stunning views of the Serra da Estrela the highest mountain range in Portugal
