The property is situated in secluded grounds of 10 acres, surrounded by orange groves and fig trees, yet only 10 minutes from the historic town of Lagos, and 15 minutes from Portimao. The nearest beach is Meia Praia - a beautiful 5km stretch of sand that is never crowded even in high season.

The accommodation is divided up into 3 sections - main house with 4 double bedrooms, self-contained cottage with 2 bedrooms sleeping 6 people, and a games room with bunk beds and sofa beds. Facilities are excellent for all ages, and include wifi, Wii console and games, pool table, drum kit, guitars and freeview Sky TV throughout the house and games room. A Bose music system can be accessed from the outside living & dining areas, with over 200 stored CDs. There is also a 6 seater Jacuzzi and heated pool.
