The Villas are situated in the village of Areia, located at 3 km from Cascais and 1 km from the beach of Guincho. This Village is located in the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, having a unique surroundings that reconciles the proximity of the sea, the beach of Guincho and the Sintra Mountains.
Guincho beach is known worldwide for its unusual beauty, where the extensive beach of fine golden sand meets the vegetation of the protected landscape of Sintra-Cascais Natural Park. It was at this beach that was filmed parts of the James Bond film "On Her Majesties Secret Service". This beach provides good beach day in family, but at certain times of the year, is also suitable for water sports, such as surfing, kite surfing and windsurfing.
The Sintra-Cascais Natural Park has an undeniable beauty, located in an extensive area, between the municipality of Cascais and surroundings of the Sintra Mountains. The Villas are located in the village of Areia that is a quiet place composed by one floor villas. There is, in the centre of the village, some traditional trade (groceries and cafes) and some picturesque restaurants. In this village the kids can play and cycling at will, due to reduced traffic.
There are numerous leisure activities around the village of Areia, as two 18-hole golf courses, a horse riding school, and a bike path that connects the Areia village to Guincho Beach and the Cascais town.
