The villa is located in a private eco resort, 1 hour from Lisbon, with direct access to a lovely white sandy beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in the region.

The villa, accomodating up to 7 people, has 3 spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchenette and a living/dinner room with a fireplace that opens to a large deck and to a swimming pool.

The villa has a 650m2 private external area, 110m2 indoor area, 42m2 outdoor terrace, 32m2 private pool and a 40m2 wooden sun deck.

Free access to the club house (with outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, kids pool, sauna, steam bath, fitness center and a lounge with snooker, table football and games), tennis, padle and footbal courts.
The villa is located 3 minutes walking distance from the beach bar and restaurant.
