Apartment Rio Gilão

Apartment Rio Gilão is a newly built two bedroom apartment at first floor level right in the centre of the wonderful old historic city of Tavira, merely 50 yards from the banks of the River Gilão and very close to all amenities.

Situated in a block of just two apartments. A flight of stairs lead to the apartment and through the front door is a spacious open plan living/dining area with two three seat sofas, a dining table and chairs along with a flat screen television with European channels and internet access.

Two sets of French doors open up onto Juliette balconies and overlook the quiet street. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with a full size oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. There are the added luxuries of a washing machine and dishwasher.

Both bedrooms have beds which can be made as two singles or a large double along with plenty of wardrobe space. The large private terrace is accessible from both bedrooms through French doors.

Apartment Rio Gilao is air-conditioned throughout which also provides heating in the winter months

The bathroom has a walk in rainforest shower, bidet, basin and toilet.

The private terrace has a dining table and chairs, also external cooking facility and an awning to provide shade for the sun loungers making this a wonderful place to relax.

A travel cot and a highchair can be supplied if requested.
