APR - Associação Portuguesa de Resorts

A APR foi constituída com o fim de unir e fortalecer o sector do Turismo Residencial, tornando-o mais competitivo no futuro. Os seus principais objectivos são:
- A promoção e representação dos seus associados em Portugal e no estrangeiro;
- Produção de estudos/relatórios que ajudem a competitividade do sector;
- Facilitar a ligação com entidades públicas e organismos oficiais, tais como o Ministério da Economia, Secretaria de Estado do Turismo e Turismo de Portugal, fazendo ouvir os interesses dos seus associados e propondo medidas de natureza legislativa, fiscal e promocional.
- Conseguir desenvolver isoladamente ou com o Turismo de Portugal, campanhas internacionais de promoção de Portugal como destino de aquisição de segunda habitação.
Entende a APR que com a união dos seus associados e a produção de informação que ateste a importância deste sector, o Turismo Residencial poderá ter um papel muito importante no futuro da economia portuguesa e, assim, se consigam desenvolver acções coordenadas e profissionais nos próximos anos.

APR was formed to unite and strengthen the sector of Residential Tourism, making it more competitive in the future. The main objectives are:
- Promotion and representation of their members in Portugal and overseas;
- To carry out studies/reports which help in the competitiveness of this sector;
- To facilitate the connection with public and official entities such as the Ministry of Economy, the Secretary of State for Tourism and the Portuguese Tourism board, representing the interests of its members and proposing fiscal and promotional legislative measures;
- To develop individually or with the Portugal Tourism board, international promotional campaigns to promote Portugal as a destination for purchasing a second home.
The APR with the union of its members and the production of information that attests to the importance of this sector, Residential Tourism can have a very important role in the future portuguese economy and will therefore be able to develop coordinated and professional actions in the coming years.
