APSAC System was established on the 3 rd of Oct 2005 with the Secretariat as its controlling body for technical aspects. The dedication of the APSACS team, at the Secretariat is unique and should be a source of inspiration to all those aspiring to become leaders in developing and evolving new strategies on building education systems. A tremendous amount of hard work has been put in planning and establishment of policies and procedures in the field of Curriculum Development, Assessments and Training. These efforts are bearing fruit and a visible difference can be seen.
