Cervejaria Liberdade serves the best fish and seafood sourced from the over 800 kms of Portuguese coastline.
Gooseneck barnacles from the Berlenga Islands, Algarve prawns, mini lobsters from Cascais and Aveiro Lagoon oysters are just some of the star dishes. The traditional pica-pau spicy chopped pork, the timeless prego steak sandwich, Mirandesa steak, the classic steak tartar and an amazing selection of patisserie round off the menu.

The freedom – “Liberdade” – is not just about its name and location though. At the Cervejaria Liberdade it is the client that chooses the food and how it should be eaten, meaning, John Dory fish could be sushi and sashimi, fillets with tomato rice or perhaps a ceviche with purple onion, lime and coriander.
