Casa da Avó is close to many reference points in town, such as historical landmarks, restaurants & bars, supermarkets, library, museums, souvenir shops, wine stores, and others. It's less than 10 minutes away, by foot, from the harbour, marina, and Fort of São Brás which also serves as a lookout with a spectacular panoramic view of the ocean, marina and fishing boats.

Praia Formosa, which is considered to be one of the best beaches of the Azores, is located at about 15 km from Casa da Avó; Pico Alto, at about 10 km, a mountain from where you will be able to see the entire island sea coast, typical inland villages, valleys and water streams, not to mention of the island's luxuriant green vegetation.

If cancelled or modified later, or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
