Casa do Barão (Baron´s House) is a family house from the 18th century, ideally located in a peaceful street a few meters from Chiado, an elegant, sophisticated district of theaters, bookshops, old-style cafes, art galleries and shops, and Bairro Alto, a typical and Bohemian quarter full of Trendy shops, restaurants and Bars.
This desirable central location is 100m from the famous tram 28, the Subway, 24-hours taxi stand and near the trains to Belém, Cascais and Sintra.

This building, a beautiful exemple of portuguese “Pombalino” architecture style, was refurbished in 2014 preserving its old features and adding 12 comfortable and contemporary bedrooms with a trendy decoration suitable for travellers of the world, sophisticated but layed back.

Ideally located to walk around Lisbon, the House is perfect for just hanging out in the living room and library or in our private Garden, surrounded by nature. You can also enjoy a massage or a sunbath after refreshing at the swimming pool.
