Quinta do Paraiso is a family holiday resort in Carvoeiro, one of the most desirable holiday destinations in the heart of the Algarve, on the southern coast of Portugal.

Built in typical Moorish style, Quinta do Paraiso is situated on a platform about 1 km from the beach of Praia do Carvoeiro, scattered on a large area of 300'000m2 in the midst of well kept gardens with fig, almond and olive trees and an abundance of tropical plants.

In a 5 minutes walk you can reach the picturesque fishing village of Carvoeiro. The resort offers various types of accommodation and a variety of restaurants and bars. There are several sports & entertainment facilities on the resort and an animation team will keep you and/or your children amused and happy.

'Casa Monica' is a beautiful rustic style bungalow situated near the main centre of this fabulous resort.

The 2 bed property is afforded a peaceful setting, yet is just a couple of minutes walk away from the main swimming pool, reception area and a childrens’ play area.

The bungalow entrance is to the rear of the property and has direct access to the galley style kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with all the usual kitchen essentials. This rear area is private and is perfect area for BBQ cooking.

In the living area there are two comfortable sofas, a Smart TV, a beautiful woodburning fire for those cool winter evenings and a dining table seating four. Leading from this area are two sets of patio doors giving access to the side courtyard and covered terrace - again with comfortable seating.

Also leading from this main area is the corridor to the bedrooms and bathroom. The main bedroom has a kingsize bed, fitted wardrobes and dressing table with space for a travel cot if required. The main bedroom looks over the courtyard terrace and gardens beyond. The second bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and a dressing table area with a private window to the rear of the property.

The property was built over 40 years ago - the kitchen and bathroom has been recently renovated but the property still has that Moorish and traditional feel with the original rustic floor tiles.

The villa has air conditioning to the main living area and to the double bedroom plus panel heating in both bedrooms and the living space.

Free WIFI and a SmartTV to access music, radio and all internet facilities.
