Casa Vinyasa - Ashtanga Yoga Shala

Open since 2003, Casa Vinyasa was the first place in Portugal fully dedicated to offer traditional Ashtanga Yoga as taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois in Mysore, India. Directed by Isa Guitana with love and devotion.

Open all year round. All levels of practitioners are welcome to share the practice together in this beautiful shala in the heart of Lisbon, with an amazing river view.

Also, holds Seasonal Detox Programs, Nutrition Workshops and Events to help in the process of integrating a healthy diet that resonates with the Yoga practice :)
