Casas da Cerca

As Casas da Cerca são um Turismo Rural surgido da recuperação de três antigas construções em terra situadas na Herdade de S. Nuno, perto de S. Luís e de Vila Nova de Milfontes, no Alentejo Litoral em pleno Parque Natural do Sudoeste Alentejano e Costa Vicentina.

A Casa da Adega (T1+1) poderá comportar um total de 5 pessoas num máximo de 4 adultos. É composta por um Quarto e uma Sala de Estar no 1º Piso e uma Cozinha, uma Casa de Banho e uma Sala de Refeições no R/C e encontra-se completamente equipada.

A Casa do Tanque (T0+1) é um Quarto com Kitchenette e Casa de Banho. Tem ainda uma Cama extra (sofá individual) e pode ser fornecido um berço.

Junto a cada Casa localiza-se um tanque privado e um chuveiro de água quente e fria que pode ser utilizado para refrescantes banhos ao ar livre.

A Casa do Pomar tem uma tipologia (T0+1), com capacidade máxima de 3 pessoas sendo constituída por um quarto com kitchenette e um WC completo e encontra-se adaptada a pessoas com mobilidade reduzida. A casa tem ainda um sofá-cama individual e a pedido pode ser fornecido um berço.
O Tanque privado da Casa do Pomar pode funcionar também como jacuzzi.

As Casas situam-se num lugar recôndito e paradisíaco da propriedade, e encontram-se rodeadas de vegetação autóctone, como o medronheiro a oliveira e o sobreiro.

Neste lugar, onde o silêncio fala ao som dos pássaros, é possível por vezes à noite ouvir as raposas e sentir os javalis. Daqui até ao Rio Mira é um pulo (15 minutos a pé), num passeio único, transbordante de beleza.

As Casas da Cerca situam-se a 1,5km da pequena Aldeia dos Troviscais, a 9km de S. Luís e a aproximadamente 22km da Aldeia turística de Vila Nova de Milfontes, junto ao mar. Daqui tem-se acesso às inúmeras praias ao longo da costa.

As Casas da Cerca proporcionam ainda actividades de lazer como seja um banho rápido no tanque situado na proximidade das Casas, ou ainda, passeios a pé ou de bicicleta, passeios a cavalo nas redondezas, canoagem e banhos no rio, observação de pássaros ou simplesmente apreciar as actividades normais do ambiente rural, como sejam o pastoreio ou o cultivo dos campos circundantes.

A grande mais valia de habitar as Casas da Cerca é, para além da experiência reconfortante de habitar uma Casa em terra, a de se poder estar no campo completamente rodeada de natureza abundante usufruindo da paz e do sossego que o isolamento proporciona.




// Casas da Cerca/Country Cottages are a Tourism in a rural environment that evolved from the reconstruction of ancient buildings which because of their own specificities, either on the way they are constructed, with natural materials, either because of the place where they are located, deserved to be reconstructed and adapted to the modern times for every body’s enjoyment.

The Houses exist for approximately sixty years, in the property of Herdade de S. Nuno, by the River Mira, in the “Southwest Alentejo and Vicentine Coast Natural Park”, in one of its most protected areas making part of a rural and natural environmental of excellence.

Casas da Cerca/Country Cottages are constituted by three Houses, Casa da Adega, Casa do Tanque and Casa do Pomar.

Are located in a confined and paradisiacal spot of the property, and are surrounded by nature where one can find among other, the arbutus tree, the cork tree (the typical tree of the Alentejo), the olive tree, etc. in the best panoplies of habitats that nature can give you.

In this place where silence speaks at the sounds of the birds, is still possible sometimes hear the fox and sense the wild boar. From the Houses to the River Mira it’s no more than a step (15 to 20 minutes by foot), in a unique walk overflowed with beauty. At the river one can be delighted with a bathe in salty waters.

Casa do Tanque it’s a T0+1 with a maximum capacity of 3 people. It’s a bedroom with a kitchenette and a complete WC.

Has also a sofa bed for one person and at request a cot can be provided.

Casa do Tanque is equipped with linens, bed sheets and blankets, plates and kitchen devices, electric cooker, fridge and water heater. Have also TV and DVD. The heating of the waters is made by solar energy.

The heating of the house is made through the fire place and/or by electric heater.

Close to the house there is a tank (2,5mx2,5m), private of the house, and a cold and hot shower that can be used for refreshing bathes outside.

Casa do Pomar its a Studio with a maximum capacity of 3 people. Its a bedroom with a kitchenette and a complete WC and its adapted to handicapped people.

Has also a sofa bed for one person and at request a cot can be provided.

Casa do Pomar is equipped with linens, bed sheets and blankets, plates and kitchen devices, electric cooker, fridge and water heater. Have also TV and DVD. The heating of the waters is made by solar energy.

The heating of the house is made through fire place and/or by electric heater.

Close to the house there is a plunge pool (4,00m x 2,00m), private of the house, and a cold and hot shower that can be used for refreshing bathes outside. The plunge pool can be used also as a Jacuzzi.

Casa da Adega it’s a T1+1 with a maximum capacity of 5 people, being on the ground floor the kitchen, a complete WC and the dining room.

On the second floor stays the bedroom and the living room.

Besides de double bed in the bedroom Casa da Adega is also equipped with a sofa-bed for two persons and a single bed that can be put anywhere in the house. If requested a cot can be provided.

Casa da Adega is equipped with linens, bed sheets and blankets, plates and kitchen devices, microwave, washing machine, stove, fridge and water heater. Have also TV and DVD. The heating of the house is made through the fire place and/or by electric heater.

Near the house there is a tank (3,0x2,5m), private of the house, that can be used for refreshing bathes outside.
