Centro Cultural John Dos Passos

A casa que acolhe o Centro Cultural John Dos Passos, construída no século XIX, foi propriedade de familiares do escritor. Actualmente, o Centro Cultural John Dos Passos conta com espaços que acolhem exposições temporárias, uma sala de exposição permanente dedicada a John Dos Passos, dois espaços museológicos sempre visitáveis, uma sala de reservados, uma biblioteca que conta também com a extensa obra do autor e um auditório onde se desenvolvem as mais variadas actividades culturais.


The house where the John Dos Passos Cultural Center is located was built in the 19th century and belonged to relatives of the writer. The John Dos Passos Cultural Center includes spaces that house temporary exhibitions, an exhibition hall with a permanent display dedicated to John Dos Passos, two museum areas that are always open, a room with reserved works, a library that contains the extensive work of the author and an auditorium where a wide variety of cultural events are held.
