The Quinta is a delight when winter finishes, the ground is covered with multicolored flowers, rabbits are running between the trees, storks come back at dawn, we hear sheeps and can smell all the aromas which wrapped the Quinta and awake in us feelings of a world we thought ever lost.
The Quinta is a lost dream where yesterday and today cross each other.
8 rooms reflect Quinta spirit, all different, decorated with vegetal or mineral theme foundations of Alentejo region: honey, olive, lavender, cork, plum, slate, terracotta, schist.
Leave time go by, either in the pool, or on the earth of tennis court, or stroll gently around our 24 acres of olive trees which compose the landscape of the Quinta.
If you prefer you can delight yourself with our extra virgin organic olive oil, or test our olives Galega variety picked on trees sometimes 1000 years old!
