CTDS-Clube Taekwondo De Sintra

O CTDS ( Clube Taekwondo de Sintra ) foi criado em 2011 tendo por objectivo o ensino da estrutura do Taekwondo nas suas vertentes desportiva e marcial. Após vários anos a ensinar Taekwondo surge o desejo de continuar a transmitir valores e ensinamentos adquiridos ao longo dos anos, obtidos pela via da experiência dos seus mestres e ainda recolhidos nas diversas acções de formação frequentadas quer em Portugal quer no Estrangeiro. Assim surge o CTDS pelas mãos de PEDRO TOMÁZ e SÉRGIO RAMOS, colegas desde 1998 na prática desta modalidade e também desde longa data companheiros na Selecção Nacional. A aposta central do CTDS direcciona-se para a vertente pedagógica e filosófica da arte marcial mas não se descura a sua vertente desportiva.
O CTDS ministrará ensinamentos de taekwondo a todas as classes etárias, no entanto consideramos fulcral a formação educativa e social das crianças e dos jovens em geral, na prática do Taekwondo, em paralelismo com a sua formação desportiva.


The CTDS ( Clube Taekwondo de Sintra ) was created in 2011 with the aim of teaching the structure of Taekwondo in their sport and martial aspects . After several years teaching Taekwondo comes the desire to continue to transmit values and lessons learned over the years, obtained by means of the experience of their teachers and even collected the various actions of type training both in Portugal and abroad. Thus arises CTDS by the hands of PEDRO Tomaz and Sergio Ramos , colleagues since 1998 in the practice of this sport and also long-standing companions in the National Team . The central focus of the CTDS directs to the pedagogical and philosophical aspect of martial art but do not neglect your sporting aspect.
The CTDS minister taekwondo lessons to all age classes, however we consider central to educational and social development of children and young people in general, in the practice of Taekwondo, in parallel with in its sport training.
