Eduardo Fonseca Personal Trainer

Hello everyone !

My name is Eduardo Fonseca, born in Madrid, Spain and have a double Citizenship (Portuguese and Canadian). Keen in Sports since shortly after my date of birth, my passion also grew throughout the years into Business Management, Economics, Sports, Health, Nutrition, Social Media and Nature as a whole.
Being a Federated Athlete in different Sports, living abroad and having the pleasure to visit many Countries around the World has given me a strong respect and interest in different cultures and ideas, by that I felt the need to convey the value of Exercising the Human Kinetics to enrich our Health.

Graduated in Sports Management by the Faculty of Human Kinetics - University of Lisbon a leading University in Sports throughout Europe, Post-graduation in Advanced Personal Training with Manz Group and Universidade Lusófona and a Certification in Sports Nutrition by WellXProSchool.
