Fastighetsbyrån is the biggest estate agency in Sweden and has over 250 franchised offices in Sweden, Portugal and Spain. Our goal is the same today as it were when we started in 1966: to be the best when it comes to mediate villas, townhouses and apartments in a business-like and professional manner to both buyers and sellers.

The office in Lagos opened two years ago, and the business has steadily grown larger and larger in this short time. It mainly depends on the growing interest by Swedes who want to settle down on the Algarve coast because of the beautiful climate, tax benefits and good connections to and from Sweden.
