Born out of a dream by the Companies’ founder, Harea real estate, has evolved as a subsidiary of ‘Projeffes’ which has established an excellent reputation for property design and construction by creating a work model that tracks the evolution of the market, offering the client the security and service they deserve.

The Company complies with all the legal requirements to permit property activities. In compliance with Law nº. 15/2013 of the 8th of February it holds Activity Licence number 10877 – AMI granted on the 30/01/2015 by INCI – Instituto da Construção e do Imobiliário (Institute of Construction and Housing).

Quem Somos / História

A Harea nasce de uma aposta de expansão da empresa Projeffes no ramo da imobiliária.
A empresa preenche rigorosamente todos os requisitos legalmente exigíveis para exercer a sua atividade de mediação. Assim, de acordo com a Lei 15/2013 de 8 de fevereiro, possui a licença de atividade Nº 10877 – AMI concedida a 30/01/2015 pelo INCI – Instituto da Construção e do Imobiliário.

Trabalhamos com toda a região Centro de Portugal, promovendo a venda de: Moradias, Casas Rústicas, Quintinhas, Terrenos, Lotes, Apartamentos, Estúdios e Espaços Comerciais/Industriais.
