Nespereira is a privately owned estate set high in the Alentejo region of Portugal, a National Ecological Reserve and rural escape 15km inland.

The Nespereira estate has been designed for families, couples, single parents and individuals in search of total serenity, stunning unspoild landscapes and those who demand good taste, comfort and a sensitive approach to nature and the environment.

Surrounded by 240 hectares of cork forest, the estate comprises 4 luxurious private individual villas and 4 Nature Hideaways beautifully restored 1970's mobile homes, providing the utmost in comfort, seclusion and proximity to nature. There is also a large shared swimming pool with clubhouse and café as well as numerous activities for adults and children alike.

British owned and run The Nespereira estate has been a labour of love 7 years in the making. With four reservoirs, restored watermill and a new cork plantation of 25 hectares as well as the Taipas House villas, Forest Hideaways, main estae house (where the owner resides), swimming pool, clubhouse and café, the estate has been completely transformed and revitalised.
