The employment rate the ISCTE Business School is 80% before conclusion
of the Masters degree.

By understanding the professional skills and critical competencies that today's companies are looking for, IBS - through its Career Services - ensures that students will be able to deliver them. Working proactively with participants, from the very beginning of the programme, IBS will help students to find the right place from a career development perspective. Students and IBS alumni are free to take advantage of several valuable services that will help them find their way to their business career.

What the Career Services has to offer?

First and foremost, IBS Career Services puts students in touch with the
real business world:

Career Week

At this event, former ISCTE Business School students share with current students their experiences in todays competitive business world.

Side By Side - an initiative in which students have the chance to make site visits to some of the biggest companies recruiting at IBS;
My Daily Work - a programme in which former students with different kinds of jobs at different companies visit classes to explain, discuss and share ideas on the day-to-day tasks they perform in their jobs.


Promoting contact between students and business recruiters:

Career Forum

An annual job fair featuring information booths run by more than 60 employers who conduct presentations and training workshops for students.

Company Presentations

Throughout the academic year, companies interested in recruiting give presentations to IBS students to introduce themselves and explain their selection procedures.

CVs Available Online

Through the IBS Networking site, companies access student CVs to find suitable candidates for their job-openings.
