With the Mindful Birthing I offer a complete childbirth education program that will help to prepare your body and mind, to create a positive and calm birth for you, your birth parner and your baby.

There are several classes available: Groups Classes and Private Classes. You will learn with special techniques that you are able to create the space and the safety in which your body is totally relaxed and your baby will come into this world in an easier, comfortable, and joyful way.
