Karuna Touch

KARUNA is a Sanskrit word and is used in Hinduism and Buddhism. It is translanted to mean any action that is taken to diminish the suffering of others and could also be translated as "compassionate action." When individuals experience enlightenment, they report that all beings are known as one. Therefore, it is natural to extend compassionate action or Karuna to everyone without distinction because we are all one.

Finding a balanced mind, body and soul is an important step for us, but not always easy to achieve at some point we need some help to do so. I believe by using the tools we have, slowly, we can reach this state.
Our body alerts us when we are taking on to much or ignoring something, etc it is important to be in attunement with our body and listen to what it is telling us, so at times when our body is telling us to slow down or is in need of some extra attention then it is always important to honour this.
Through massage and holistic therapies we can revive the body, mind and soul so they can continue on this path.
