The house is located at the entrance of the Benemola nature reserve and is built in traditional Algarvian style with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms from which 2 en suite, a large kitchen with dining area and a living room both overlooking the private pool and lush nature.
The property is situated on a plot of 11,000 meters from which 1,000 meters is composed of terraces and rock garden with various fruit trees.
The house is fully equipped.
The spacious bedrooms are furbished with double beds and built in wardrobe closets. Bedsheets, towels and beach towels are available for use.
The two bathrooms en suite have large rain showers, a toilet and lavabo. The additional bathroom serving the 3rd bedroom and as guest bathroom has a bathtub with also a rain shower, toilet and lavabo. Floor heating is installed in the en suite bathrooms for the winter season as well as a fire place in the living room. Water for kitchen and bathrooms is heated by solar energy. The own water supply is pumped up from a 80 metres deep spring and of excellent quality.
