Lisbon Oasis

The 9 flats are located in three building in three ‘mini’ neighbourhoods that are all in the heart of the ancient part of Lisbon;
– Alfama, São Vicente/Alfama and Mouraria/Castelo.

The three buildings date back to 1720’s, 1850’s and 1690’s but have all been completely refurbished. While maintaining an historical touch, the flats provide facilities for convenient and easy living, such as Air conditioning, heating, Satelite dish, LCD TV’s, DVD-players, etc.

Furthermore, facing global warming, a number of measures have to reduce CO2emissions such as proper insulation using a mixture of Rockwool and polyurethane, double-glazed windows with low λ-values (meaning with low heat loss), energy-efficient (Class A) refrigerators, water boilers, and Air condition, as well as energy-saving light bulbs and LEDs (Light Emission Diodes).
