Monterosa Olive Oil

Temos 20 hectares de olival plantados com as variedades Maçanilha, Cobrançosa, Verdeal e Picual.
Apanhamos as azeitonas cuidadosamente a mão. Transportamo-nas, de imediato, para o nosso lagar datado de tempos Romanos, onde são moídas numa mó de pedras de granito.

O azeite é extraído por centrifugadoras modernas da última geração e guardado em cubas de aço inoxidável até ser filtrado e engarrafado.

O resultado é um azeite de muito alta qualidade: Azeite Monterosa Virgem Extra.


There are 20 hectares of olive grove planted with the varieties Maçanilha, Cobrançosa, Verdeal and Picual.

We pick the olives by hand in autumn and immediately take them to our press which dates from “roman times”, where they are ground to paste in a granite stone mill.

The oil is then extracted with state of the art modern equipment and stored in stainless steel containers until it is filtered and bottled.

The result is an olive oil of the highest quality: Monterosa Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
