Neelum Valley about 200 kilometers in length to the north and northeast of Muzaffarabad along the river Neelum runs parallel to the Khaghan Valley at 800-600 meters above sea level.ClimateTraveling during May to October from the scorching heat of plains to the high land basin of Neelum Valley is indeed an escape from hell inferno to the cold breezes of paradise.
