Nuno Silva Mendes

Nuno Silva Mendes has been working on the Real Estate Market for more than 9 years, divided in different phases but always with the same project: being a Property Consultant. He worked from 2009 to 2012 on RE/MAX Portugal, from 2012 to 2014 in Predimed, from 2014 to 2016 in Century 21 as a Real Estate Agent and Business Integration Manager, and from May 2016 until today in UrHome Portugal.

Nuno has always been bound to the business and sales world, starting in the Real Estate market in 2009. From the beginning he works essentially in Verdizela (Seixal), Aroeira, Setúbal and Sines. From 2009 until 2014 he worked as a Property Consultant, always looking for new challenges in the different companies he worked before, searching for different and new shapes of work, learn about new markets and gain knowledge in the luxury market. Since he had gained sufficient knowledge in this market, in 2014 started in the Real Estate Market working in Century 21, acquiring excellent contacts and properties, and looking for new challenges, he became a UHP member, as Real Estate Agent specialized in Verdizela.

Apart from the Real Estate Market, Nuno had a plumbing materials company in Setubal, worked in gas installations in old and new constructions, basically, always connected with this market. He also is a volunteer for the Civil Protection Almada being part of a task force called the “Panthers” since 2005. Also being a part of the operation called “Safe Forest Green Forest” (Operação Floresta Verde Floresta Segura) to prevent fires working with the fire department. On top of all that, he is a true Offroad lover of the Sahara Desert, with a few charity expeditions to Morocco on his back.
