Oporto City Flats offers an overall management service for touristic rental apartments in the city of Porto.

Oporto City Flats was born to give an answer to the growing search for touristic offer in the city and it is built on the various years of experience of its business partners in the rental market.
All of our apartments are furnished and well equipped to provide a pleasant, yet alternative, experience to the traditional hotel room.

The website is exclusively dedicated apartment rentals on a short term basis (non-permanent), as stated in the article 1095, nr 3 of the Portuguese Civil Code. It does not represent a residency offer in a touristic enterprise, which the juridical installation and functioning regime is predicted in the decree law nº 39/ 2008, of the 7th of March.
