We must take care of ourselves so we'll have the stamina to be our best. We get it, at some point even positive things can feel paralyzing if they take energy to enjoy, and we're not able of responding from within that place; from a place of strength and wisdom, but rather from a place of anxiety and stress.

Even Ronald Dahl said “A little nonsense now and then is cherished by the wisest men”. And just to get you hooked, well mention Mark Twain, “Whenever you find yourself on the side of majority, it is time to pause and reflect”.
