Objective
The main objective of PMCC is to facilitate research-based consultancy, training services and knowledge production. PMCC is a conglomeration of researchers, field experts, consultants, change practitioners and transformation activists with the purpose to promote and apply diversified modern scientific approaches and relevant empirical and analytic knowledge to tame some of the wildest contemporary scientific, environmental, wild life & forest conservation and development, climatic, education, food security, youth development, women empowerment, child/women issues, alternative energy resource development, town planning and management, social development, and business issues facing by the communities in the global context.

Research and Study Division (RASD)
PMCC believes that natural resources are capital that must be maintained to meet the needs of current generations without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their needs. Every penny invested in social, economical and environmental development must have positive impact on the lives of the communities. For positive impact of the investment, research and study division of PMCC provides practical consultancy services, research based knowledge production, pre-project study to ex/post project studies, review studies, initial surveys to impact studies, and appropriate monitoring of the developmental activities.
Training and Professional Development Division (TAPD)
Knowledge and skills are the basic tools for positive impact of every invested penny in social, economical, environmental development of the communities therefore, training and professional development division of PMCC is committed to produce research based knowledge and help people and organizations to become more effective selves. Contextual prior experiences are foundations to acquire new knowledge and skills to reshape the sustainable developmental activities in the cross cutting sectors of mountain communities. In all our learning activities, we accumulate contextual experimental based knowledge with modern theories to provide new knowledge and skills.
