Quinta do Forno

The Farm is located near the famous spas of Vimeiro, county of Torres Vedras, about 60 Km and 35 minutes from Lisbon by the highway and is situated at the entrance of the village in the countryside, in a calm and isolated place, all surrounded by walls and fences, in about 50 meters from the road from A-to-Cunhados to Vimeiro.

Although surrounded by nature and trees, for its prime location at the entrance of the village that gives the name of the Vimeiro Termas, users can even make small trips on foot or do their shopping and meals. In sum, users will benefit from the isolation and the fact that there are houses and people very close, which makes it a pleasant and safe place.

Only 2 or 3 miles of several beaches (some with blue flag), being the closest of the Porto Novo, Santa Rita and Santa Cruz, among many others that extend to the coast north and south beaches of Peniche, Nazareth , Ericeira and Sintra in a radius of 20 to 30 kilometers, makes it the ideal place for rest and recreation.

The residential area of the Farm consists in a house/villa, that used to be the owners holiday and weekend residence Besides the Villa, in the middle of grass and plants and facing a small lake there is a long pavilion/hall with a Barbecue grill, a coal furnace, game room with billiards, ping-pong, table football, Internet and a living area where you can still take meals and 2 bedrooms, each with two single beds and private bathroom.

Descending a staircase of rock you will enter in the pool area, an area especially attractive, since its location is in the lower part of the property, and its protected by trees, which allows a very pleasant temperature. In the middle of grass you can find a 12X6m pool, a pavilion with 2 large rooms, one with three single beds and the other with a double bed, both with private bathrooms. In an adjacent area there is a lawn suitable for the practice of Volleyball as well as another field lawn with swings for children.

Taking advantage of a previous stables and Agricultural area, it was recently adapted to be a sort of club where you can listen to music, dance and enjoy without bothering people who are in the other areas. There is also, in this Music Pavilion, two small rooms equipped with private bathrooms and a kitchen with grill for those who wish to manufacture and take their meals in that area.

At the back of this area there is a large outdoor Riding Arena and the stables.
