Empowerment tutorials: Training in daily protocols required to combat dis-ease, how to make healing creams and potions, Talks on the power of plants, How to combat stress, emotional triggers for dis-ease and how to process emotion, the power of the mind, Journaling workshop, yoga, meditation and everything else you need to become an empowered human being.
