O Sangue na Guelra - Blood n'Guts é um dos projectos da agência Amuse Bouche. Desafiamos jovens Chefs, a trabalhar em Portugal e no estrangeiro, a cozinharem em nome próprio, a partilharem connosco as suas ideias para a cozinha. Em 2016 temos três noites, três jantares e alguns dos mais promissores talentos da gastronomia internacional connosco.

Sangue na Guelra - Blood n'Guts is one of Amuse Bouche agency projects. We challenge young chefs, working in Portugal and abroad, to cook on their own behalf, to share with us their ideas about gastronomy. In 2016 we have three nights , three dinners and some of the most promising talents of international cuisine with us.

Sangue na Guelra is an initiative that arouses the work, dedication, inspiration and creativity of young top chefs.
