Sacha Mascolo-Tarbuck daughter of founder and CEO Toni Mascolo, is the youngest ever person to win Newcomer of the Year at the British Hairdressing Awards aged 19. She is now Global Creative Director and her husband James Tarbuck is Global Brand Director for the company. In 2008 Sacha was crowned HAIRDRESSER of the YEAR at the HAIR Magazine Awards and in 2007 won UK's 'Most Wanted' Look of The Year and 'Fashion Focused Image of the Year' from the Fellowship of British Hairdressers. It will be known as the TONI&GUY Ward, and will care for chronically sick children from all over the UK. As of March 2009 the remaining balance now stands at £70K to raise.
