Integrado nas Caves históricas da Graham’s, o Vinum Restaurant & Wine Bar nasce em homenagem a excelentes vinhos e ao melhor da gastronomia local. O seu carácter simultaneamente "terroir" e cosmopolita tem fortes raízes no Norte de Portugal, na região do Douro e na tradição portuguesa, apresentando também um traço internacional.
O Vinum junta a cozinha cosmopolita com um profundo respeito pelos produtos locais, confeccionados de forma simples e genuína para oferecer o acompanhamento perfeito para os melhores vinhos portugueses. O elegante Vinum Wine Bar apresenta também uma grande variedade de tapas e doces, ideais para desfrutar com um copo de vinho.
O Vinum resulta de uma parceria entre a família Symington e o Grupo Sagardi – especialistas na área da alta gastronomia a nível internacional. Marcado por uma envolvente única, este espaço de excelência foi distinguido pela Revista de Vinhos com o prémio de “Melhor Restaurante do ano 2013”, pela revista Wine como o “Restaurante com o Melhor Serviço de Vinhos 2014”, tendo também sido reconhecido a nível internacional pelo Guia Repsol com “1 Sol” e pela Rede de Capitais de Grandes Vinhedos do mundo com o prémio “Best of Wine Tourism 2014” na Categoria Restauração Vínica.

Built in the historic Graham's 1890 Lodge, Vinum Restaurant & Wine Bar was created from a passion for excellent wines and a deep attachment to the best local gastronomy. With both a regional and cosmopolitan character, Vinum combines the best gastronomy of Northern Portugal and the Douro Region with notes of international and contemporary cuisine.
Vinum´s cuisine reflects a deep respect for natural ingredients and genuine flavours, offering unique food pairing combinations for the exceptional Portuguese wines on offer. The stylish Wine Bar also offers a wide variety of tapas, pintxos and sweet pastries ideal to enjoy with a glass of wine.
Created by the Symington family in partnership with Basque specialists in wine-related gastronomy, the Sagardi Group, Vinum Restaurant and Wine Bar has been distinguished with a succession of awards since opening in 2013. In January 2015, the Portuguese magazine Wine – Essência do Vinho named Vinum as the “Portuguese Restaurant with the Best Wine Service, 2014”. The restaurant has previously been granted an award from another Portuguese publication, Revista de Vinhos, as the “Restaurant of the Year, 2013” and was recognised internationally by Great Wine Capitals, a network of the greatest wine regions in the world, with the “Best of Wine Tourism 2014” in the category “Wine Tourism Restaurants”.
