This cozy, exclusively designed holiday home is located at the most central location of Luz in a quiet cul de sac. The sandy beach, restaurants, bars and supermarkets are close by, most just a 2 minute walk away. In addition to the exclusive yet central location, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the Atlantic, the beach and the coast with the typical black rocks of Praia da Luz.

The house is perfect for families or couples looking for a relaxing holiday in which both self-catering and cozy nightlife is possible. The beach is practically on your doorstep!

The house has two floors. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 6 people very comfortably. The first bedroom has a king size bed and an en suite bathroom. The other bedrooms have two beds each. The first and second bedrooms are oriented towards the sea side and have a 'Patio' door to the terrace. From here you can hear the sound of the waves.


On the second floor is the kitchen and living room. The kitchen has plenty of self-catering (with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker etc.). It is designed to open to the living room; a perfect entertaining space. From the living room and the terrace you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of the sea. The terrace invites you to enjoy breakfast at sunrise. You will enjoy picturesque and romantic impressions even at night over dinner, when the moon and the stars are shining above the sea.

Getting there: Fly to Faro airport. German airline (German Wings, Air Berlin) and British companies (Easy jet, Monarch, British Airways) offer direct flights. The flight takes around 3 hours.

The ride from the airport to the house takes one hour - either by taxi (about 70 euros) or rent a car (Europcar, Sixt, Hertz). The motorway (Rua Infante) from Faro to Lagos is comfortable. A detailed description is available. Particularly in the high season (summer) you should book your preferred rental car well in advance.

The car itself also provides for some trips, but is not a 'must'. In front of the house a private parking space is available. The cities of Lisbon and Seville are in driving distance of three hours. Albufeira, the famous party town of the Algarve, can be reached in 30 minutes by car.

Two large shopping centers are located in Portimao and Guia, about 30 minutes away by car.

International Medical Service: First Aid service in several languages is available around the clock in Luz. There are GPs and specialists such as dentists and health centers with possible home visits. There are public and private hospitals in and around Lagos. In addition Alvor has a private hospital with a 24-hour emergency service and has an excellent reputation. The Public Hospital of Portimão has a good 24-hour children's hospital. Medications are available in the well-equipped pharmacies. The nearest pharmacy is only 2 minutes away from the house.

From the moment you walk into this villa, the captivating entry way with high ceilings takes your breath way. This villa named “Villa Vinha” is a luxury private villa rental located in the heart of Praia da Luz on the stunning Algarve coast of Portugal. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to many of the fabulous shops, bars and restaurants. It is also one of a handful of private villas with unobstructed sea views and boasts amongst other things: lovely swimming pool and toddlers pool/paddling area, beautiful gardens, sun loungers, outside tables and chairs, magnificent gazebo, parking, barbeque area, washing machine, dishwasher, state of the art coffee machine, free internet amongst many other great features.

For entertainment, a large television in the living room complete with many local and international TV Channels, a Wii console, and table tennis are some of the options available for you to enjoy.

The Villa has 4 very large bedrooms and equally spacious bathrooms and can accommodate 11 people with ease. On the ground floor, the beautiful ‘Blue Room’ overlooking the garden has a double bed and with an option for a third bed and also has a large television. The beautiful “Green Room” has a double bed and opens up to a terrace with beautiful views of the sea.

On the upper level, the “Yellow Room” has two single beds and a pull out sofa bed and can therefore fit 3 people quite easily and up to 4 for children. This room has amazing panoramic views of the sea. The final room called the ‘Black and White’ room is a spacious and luxurious space with a double bed and which also boasts the same panoramic views of the sea.
