Webhelp Portugal

Webhelp Portugal is part of Webhelp, one of the largest providers of outsourced client experience in Europe. This French company, founded in 2000, has grown considerably and has now more than 35.000 employees worldwide. With a turnover that tripled in five years and reached 525 million euros in 2014, the group is the fastest growing company in its sector. More than 200 clients rely on Webhelp for their client service activities, technical support, e-commerce or customer loyalty. Webhelp is a socially responsible company that invests in its human capital. Webhelp currently has two contact centers in Portugal, in Lisbon and Porto.
