Yoga Algarve

The Yoga retreats at Yoga Algarve are held in an wonderful unspoilt natural environment surrounded by greenery and flowers, in the mountains of Monchique – the top of the Algarve.
Our two resident yoga teachers are both trained in Hatha Yoga, influenced by the teachings of B.S.K. Iyengar.
Iyengar Yoga is giving primacy to the physical alignment of the body in the poses and is suitable for all levels of yoga students, from beginners to advanced. In our one week Yoga retreats you have the possibility to participate in two Yoga lessons of 90 Min. each, every day- morning and evening.
