Yoga is not gyms,exercise or exotic movements,
it´s a pratice Philosopy that aims the union between the yogui and the cosmos.
Hatha yoga is the preparation of the body to the pratice of Raja Yoga,the yoga of meditation.
As it was stated by HYP Raja yoga starts where Hatha yoga ends.
Based in our experience as Surfers and Yoguis we devise a pratice,melting Hatha,Raja and some concepts as the vinyasas,that helps surfers to achive better results in the water trought the postures,breathings and concentration.
