What you do defines who you are and this simple truth lies at the heart of OpenHand. There’s always more to do and our staff reflect this belief too.

We are proud of our staff when they find faster ways to deliver stock, find better systems for our company or create a new drink for our cafés. From here our slogan: “People Profit”.

Our people ARE the company and without us there is no company.

OpenHand employs both skilled and unskilled workers as well as professionals who all work side by side. We believe in our staff and therefore feel the need to train those who need it more and give others space to apply what they know.

On the outskirts of Old Delhi we manufacture high end products from Indian-made textiles which we retail in our shops or send across the globe. We also operate medium to high end cafés and bistros in India, serving some of the best home grown coffee along with delicious bakes and meals.
In fact we are so passionate about our espresso based coffee we serve it at some of the highest altitudes in the world in our café in Leh-Ladakh at around 3500 meters above sea level.

There is nothing that should stand in the way of good coffee, a garment of high quality & happy staff. We are ready for you!
